You may want to check your firewall for policies regarding IMAP. Some reference links I read thru though I don't fully understand all of what is being discussed. I have not tried the add-on yet I am going to experiment. Creating a new OST file clears up a host of weird problems with Outlook. This also caused some issues as outlook did not know where to store deleted or sent items and through up several errors. I did see a response from a MS person that said it was working as intended, that it wouldn’t refresh the folder until it was selected.
